Mac set ready

MacBook → Your work machine.

  • It’s sandboxed, so some sites are blocked.

  • Need a site whitelisted? Raise a support ticket.

  • App store access is disabled; new software can only be installed via a support ticket.

Software/hardware requests → Use the IT helpdesk to raise a ticket.

Notion & Figma access → Also need IT helpdesk tickets.

Setup your tools

Email (Outlook) → Already set up for you. Use for all official mails.

Slack → Our main communication tool for daily collaboration.
